SPORTFIVE Facilitates Title Sponsorship Deal Between Athora Italia & Serie A Women

October 2, 2025 – SPORTFIVE is proud to announce its role in finalizing a landmark partnership between Athora Italia, part of the Athora Group - a European leader in savings and retirement services, and Serie A Women, the top tier of Italian women’s football currently under the governance of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC). The agreement grants Athora Italia the naming rights to the league, which will be officially rebranded as Serie A Women Athora starting from the 2025/26 season.

This milestone marks a significant achievement for SPORTFIVE Italy, which has re-entered the market with a clear ambition to drive innovation and value across all areas of sport.

With this partnership, among others, SPORTFIVE has demonstrated its ability to deliver impactful collaborations in women’s football, an area of growing cultural and commercial relevance.

The agreement was formalized by Federica Cappelletti, President of the Serie A Women Division, and Jozef Bala, CEO of Athora Italia.
